Openings for Plant Head position, Baddi, Vaccines Job Summary 1. Ensure stringent Quality standards, norms & practices and effective deployment of GMP. 2. Develop & implement all manufacturing business systems covering all the functions. 3. Build and lead teams to achieve business goals. 4. Ensure OTIF manufacturing of Vaccines as per the plan with the least cost in compliance with c GMP standards (USFDA). 5. Leverage human capital for improving their productivity, achieve operational excellence through sustained continuous improvement. 6. To ensure new products technology transfer and execution of batches as per agreed timelines. Competencies (KSA) Functional - Should have good technical understanding of manufacturing process , related areas and products (e.g. Should have implemented cold chain practices for effective transportation of goods) - Highly developed Quality understanding through experience of auditing, facing auditing along with production experience - Troubleshooting of variety of problems that occur during production process (science base and risk assessment base approach) - Knowledge of latest machines, manpower planning at the shop floor, technical knowledge as per 21 CFR (USFDA) and EU requirements. - Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office Behavioral - Very high in people and behavioral understanding so that he can lead and drive people (high EQ and IQ) - Create a healthy work climate by encouraging OCTAPACE - Ethically committed to Quality and strict no-no for shortcuts (Jugaads) - Team player - Very high networking skills to maintain excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Self-empowered individual who proactively resolves issues - Decision making - Analyzing skills - Problem solving Ideal Incumbent Profile Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences, Biologicals, Pharmacy or Microbiology, Engineering. Person with degree in Management will have an edge over the others. Age: 36-45 Years Experience : 15-20 Years of experience in pharmaceutical companies. He needs to have experience in handling USFDA inspections. Should have worked in USFDA certified companies. 7.4 Preferred Industry: Any good pharma companyPlant Head, Pharma Industry experienced in Production Planning and Qauliaty Control.
