One of the leading furniture company wants to recruit Head of Marketing.
The role are:
To oversee the daily activities of manufacturing operation, resource planning, materials management, quality control & project scheduling in order to meet customers` requirements for product quality and delivery timeline .
Responsible for optimize production efficiency and volume targets and minimize wastage.
Required to build a strong supervisory team to effectively manage the production unit and new development project.
Closely monitors manpower utilization effectively through continuous develop, motivate, coach and guide to upgrade their skills and competencies.
Assure the effectiveness of Corrective Action and Preventive Action, including follow-up on commitments and continuous improvements in process and control.
Maintain a high standard of warehousing, inventory optimization, and safety requirements at the factory area .
Manage all company`s management system & ensure meeting all of buyers` requirements and relevant statutory requirements.
To carry out any other duties as delegated by management from time to time
Proficiency in efficient use of MS Office, AutoCad and other manufacturing software
Good technical knowledge in process, production equipments and machineries are essentials.
Ability to work effectively as a team member and to prioritize and manage multiple deadline-driven tasks/projects in a fast paced environment.
