One of the leading Multinational Company wants to recruit Controller, Finance & Accounts. The role are: Ensure the timely preparation and submission of all monthly management accounts and yearly statutory accounts of the company. Ensure the integrity of the accounting records of the company by maintain adequate documentations and conducting required reconciliations. Ensure compliance with established internal control policies and procedures of the company and statutory and legal requirements of the country. Prepare the monthly management accounts in compliance with IFRS, review it with the local management team and submit it for group management review respecting deadlines. Validate audit trail and check compliance with internal control policy and procedures of the company in initiating payment of vouchers and supplier invoices. Arrange and initiate timely bank transfer, debt service payment and payment to lenders and maintain required control files for reconciliation. Arrange and initiate timely payment of regulatory nature and maintain the required control files for reconciliation. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements during arranging payment to foreign vendors and O&M service providers. Review terms and conditions of L/C and arrange for timely L/C opening with banks and timely valuation of imports. Follow up foreign bank balance positions and coordinate with plant management team to prepare the three months rolling cash flow forecast of foreign payments. Maintain records of all the transactions and conduct reconciliation of all the foreign bank accounts and confirm payable balances with suppliers. Maintain fixed asset register and coordinate the cycle counting plan of physical verification of fixed assets. Conduct the monthly inventory reconciliation and prepare the yearly physical counting plan and coordinate the physical stock taking of fuel, consumables and spares at the plant warehouses. Expert in MS Excel and good working knowledge of IFRS Pro-active, self starter, well disciplined and good communicator Experience in financial reporting and internal control
