Our client based in Shrajah is currently in need of a Perfume Purchase Manager. The primary job is to regularly search for new suppliers and expend the supplierâ??s pool. Duties and responsibilities would also include reviewing the samples, proposals and negotiate quality and costing within budgetary limitations and given time-frame; planning, coordinating, organizing and controling processes and procedure in accordance to the company standards; Should look objectively at every side of an idea or situation, to ensure that all outcomes are thoroughly assessed before deciding on appropriate action; Estimating the costs and determines whether or not it is worth it. Works out certain materials as needed; To review orders to determine product types and quantities required to meet demand; Must maintain records of business transactions, purchase orders and product inventories, reporting data to companies or agencies as necessary, for local as well as international suppliers; Should discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action within the time frame given by the management; Must examine samples/products to estimate the value, determine the quality/finishing, and locate any evidence of damage; To check Inventory Reports on regular basis with FP Warehouse; Place Order (local & international) for Material Requirements; and Follow-up deliveries with (local / International suppliers) and keep track of couriers. An ideal candidate must have at least 5 yearsâ?? experience working in the same field.
