A Leading Group of Company in Bangladesh is looking to recruit a Manager - Legal & C.A. The role are: Drafting of vast range of legal documents. Providing legal services to all business units of the Company through interpretation, drafting, advice, negotiation, research and analysis of the legal and regulatory environment. Representing the Company in all litigation and ensure business interest, when required. Providing all necessary legal documentation and support to ensure successful administration of the Company`s business. Ensuring that the legal requirements of various projects are understood and met. Advising on various aspects of the Company`s corporate relationship with its business partners. Take appropriate measures in issuing and replying to legal notices, assist external lawyers in Court cases and other related legal matters, keep abreast with the Company`s legal adviser. Provide strategic leadership input to the business as a whole and provide immediate input to resolve business related legal issues. Maintaining liaison with external Legal Counsels, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Securities & Exchange Commission. Ensuring legal compliance, organize statutory meeting and maintain all statutory books of the Company as required by law. Monitoring new legislation/amendments to existing legislation, determine their relevance to the Companyâ??s operations and ensure correct implementation of relevant provisions by the Company. The qualified candidate should have at least 5-7 years experience in a large reputed corporate or multinational organization.
