The role are:
Overall Production and Product Quality.
Plant budget.
Negotiation with Buyers.
Stock of Finished Products and Raw Materials.
Maintenance of Factory.
Health, Safety and Environment.
All Operation Personnel.
Economical Ordering Quantities (Raw Materials, Spare Parts).
Responsible for the execution of Projects.
Interfaces with other Functional Departments.
7 to 10 years experience in overall plant management of FMCG products/Textile/Jute mills/Food products.Can be relaxed in case of person having relevant practical experience from process/manufacturing industries
