Associate – Design and Planning Hotels

Salary: USD 180,000 per annum
You will report directly to the Head of Department and will be responsible for all design and planning issues relating to new hotel developments to ensure all hotels are designed and constructed in adherence with appropriate brand standards.

You should have a BA / B.Sc. in Architecture and/or Interior Design with experience of designing 4 or 5 star hotels or alternatively, of working in a technical capacity within a well-known hotel operator.

You will assist the Director in the procurement of hotels, ensuring commercial viability for each of the projects and for ensuring the designs facilitate operational efficiency.
