Chief Financial Officer

To report in directly to the COO, CEO and CDO (chief development officer). To be responsible for the Finance Manager and accountants, when employed.

You will be responsible for taking control of the full financial function and bringing it in house, from the parenting company. This will involve researching and identifying the best financial IT system to use.

This CFO position will also focus on advising the senior management team on profitable strategic partnership choices throughout Asia, GCC & Europe. You will provide feasibility studies based on research and your findings to determine whether a buy out of an existing business or a new start up will be the best business decision.

You will have at least 15 years experience (ideally including international), including business development exposure within a financial capacity and knowledge of global marketing. You will have world class presentation skills including impeccable business acumen.

GCC/UAE experience an advantage, as is a background from the banking industry although not essential.

Working week Sunday to Thursday, 9 till 5pm although full flexibility on hours is expected for a position at this level, will involve regular regional and international travel.

Salary: AED 50,000 per month plus bonus and benefits
