The job demands a person with the attributes and experience listed below and the responsibilities of the position include the following:

You will be required to manage and promote our photographers:

1. This involves negotiating and securing clients, quoting, invoicing and booking form, arranging go-sees, managing their diaries, looking after their accounts, keeping them up-to-date on their finances.

2. Liaise with labs, studios, equipment hire houses etc.

3. Promote photographers to overseas agencies, stills production companies, corporate clients and ad agencies and to international clients coming to shoot in Dubai.

4. Develop relationships with other photo agents overseas respond to photographers contacting our Client for representation.

5. Get involved with booking models, locations, studios, lights, etc for photographers represented.

6. Travel arrangements, visas and accommodation for photographers if and when required.

7. Arrange go-sees for photographers.

8. Prepare client presentation of photographers work.

9. Meet clients - introduce photographers as a separate division from the model, cast, locations, production etc.

10. Develop a portfolio of photographers ensuring our Client offers a good range of photographic styles - i.e. fashion, lifestyle, still life etc

11. Be able to negotiate deals with clients on behalf of the photographer send out emails with new photographers in town.

12. Liaise with marketing and sales director about pr/marketing

13. Keep photographers images updated in their books and on the website ensure you cross sell check if clients require production models etc

14. Collect tear sheet from clients

15. Ensuring the division is profitable
