Compensation and Performance Appraisal Manager

The candidate in this role will work with the Human Resources Manager on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs related to compensation and performance appraisal programs.
Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years' experience in the analysis, design, and / or administration of compensation and performance appraisal programs.
Knowledge and understanding of local laws regarding compensation and performance appraisal practices are essential. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail are a must. Strong interpersonal skills essential.
