Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the successful candidate will supervise and execute the recruitment and selection function of the Human Resources department in conjunction with departmental and senior management.

Applicants must have a bachelor degree in HR or a related field and have 2 years experience in HR preferably in a retail company. Previous experience of working within a recruitment function and/or understanding the recruitment process would be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to communicate to an audience and create reports. Candidates must be able to plan and prioritise their own work by identifying key issues and assess situations to decide the best course of action. The successful candidate will be flexible with a drive for improvement and be an excellent team player.
