Our client, a leading law firm, based in central Dubai is looking to expand their highly successful corporate team with the addition of a Corporate/ Commercial lawyer with 2-5 years PQE experience.

You will be involved in all aspects of Corporate Law and expected to:

1. Assist and support in negotiations of all commercial transactions

2. Be heavily involved in all mergers & acquisitions of considerable value

3. Be a good team player with the ability to develop new business as well as servicing existing clients where necessary

4. Have a legal qualification with a common law background

5. Have experience and understanding of working in the middle east
