Senior Project Manager

We currently require highly experienced Senior Project Managers to deliver a key construction project in Dubai for a major contractor.

You will have an established history of planning, monitoring and controlling processes along with excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to ensure your project is delivered within budget and inside the expected timeframe.

Our client requires a proven history of delivery of high specification, high rise projects. You must have at least 5 years experience of the Dubai market and demonstrate a stable career history.

The successful applicant will have experience of projects in excess of 10 million USD with at least 15 years project management experience.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level within Construction Management, along with an industry recognized affiliation such as PMI or APM.

Excellent English communications skills are essential for this position.
