Retail Tenancy Delivery Manager - Arabic Speaking

The position involves work across a portfolio of shopping centers located around the Middle East, and takes responsibility of project managing multiple tenants through their retail design and fit out execution, and ensuring timely opening to the required quality standard.

You will be reporting to and assisting the GM – Retail Delivery on all departmental responsibilities, assisting the leasing team in any enquiries as early as the pre-lease period, reviewing and approving tenant design, ensuring the tenants and their agents comply to the Retail Delivery procedures and driving the retail delivery process and coordinating with all parties involved, internal and external.

You will be responsible for managing consultants and contractors, liaising with the legal department to respond to tenant claim and liaising with the operations department and ensuring a smooth handover upon opening of the retail units.

To qualify, you will be an Architect or Interior Designer with at least 7 years overall experience, 5 of which in retail design and fit out. You will have the ability to handle multiple projects and work within a matrix organization; reporting to different managers on different issues. Be a team player, well tempered, capable of working under pressure while maintaining a calm temper and promoting a team spirit across all parties. Only Arabic speaking candidates need apply.
