Kuwait’s ninth Arabic daily newspaper ‘Annahar’ hit the stands yesterday, running an interview with the country’s ruler in its first issue.

The paper is the fourth to come into circulation since the endorsement of the new press and publications law in 2006, state news agency KUNA reported.

Led by editor in chief Imad Bukhamseen, the paper covers local and international political and economic affairs, social and health issues and sports and culture sections.
