Solar Impulse 2 to take off soon

The third test flight of the Solar Impulse 2 was performed from the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi's small Al-Bateen airport early on March 2, 2015. Organisers hope that Solar Impulse 2 may head off around the globe as early as March 7 but caution that the launch is dependent on the weather, even in the relatively cloudless Gulf.
