UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that its Azizi Plaza Serviced Apartments project in Dubai will be delivered ahead of schedule.

Launched in October 2016, the AED430 million project, which will offer a total of 434 fully serviced and furnished apartments as well as 9,400 sq ft of retail space in Al Furjan, will now be delivered by the end of June.

It will be the latest project by Azizi to be completed ahead of schedule following previous announcements regarding the AED350 million Aliyah Residences by Azizi in Dubai Healthcare City and the AED780 million Mina by Azizi project on the Palm Jumeirah.

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said: “Al Furjan is now being recognised as a highly sought-after residential destination and a prime location for investment, given its strategic location to the Expo 2020 site.

"We are proud to offer a high concentration of its residential units with more than 2,000 units completed and delivered by Azizi since 2006.”

He added: “We expect there will a strong demand for premium serviced apartments as we enter a heightened pace of development in the run up to Expo 2020. We recognise the increasing demand in Al Furjan and are confident of its burgeoning potential to become a strategic destination in Dubai over the next few years.”
