Gulf banks tighten credit for small firms as cheap oil bites
savio : Well... I have a firm DIFC location and DFSA regulated banking with HSBC for 4 years and I have not been able to borrow even 1 $ to grow the business, or have an overdraft or a discount facilities... So Oil at 100$ or 50$ I think HSBC will stay with his motto How Serve Badly Clients hsbc........
