Islam means submit yourself to the will of Allah. and hijab is mandatory.in islam and hijab is not violation of human rights. but forcing somebody to become nun and do not marry all life or making sadhvis in hindu religion to be abused by sadhus is a violation of human rights.

Same goes wit Islam! In the name your holibook you say that nobody is forcing to wear Hijab! This is forced in to once mind from the childhood. Will you allow a person who wants leave Islam and embrace other religion? This is the fear which is making him to stay! There are good and bad people in all religion. it is not the religion which is bad. it is the human mentality which misuse the religion for the religion sake.

Hijab is mandatory in Islam and you can read that clearly in the Qur'an. Now, Muslim women who don't wear hijab are making sin and God is the only one who will judge them. We cannot say that hijab is traditions and not mandatory. We cannot just change the religion to give ourselves and excuse because we are not doing the right thing. Hijab is MANDATORY.

To Maya: Are you sure that hijab is not a requirement of Islam? Based on Quran and Hadith, Muslim women are required in Islam to cover themselves whenever they are outside of their homes or in the presence of non-mahrem men. No need for you to introduce a new fatwa. Thanks.

What does Quran said about Hijjab?

(O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful. ) 33:59

Your words are true, dear, but what is important to know that a companion guide, and a gift from God not given to any one of the people, and most importantly to know that maintaining this gift is one of the greatest blessings.
The veil is imposed on us do not debate it, so the higher grades of Paradise does not give any one also, because access to these grades require the abandonment of many of the worldly pleasures and beauty which on the face is beautiful and the wisdom of stopped him also in our interest and God knows this. And must be obeyed in all cases.
Competition in religion is required and you should compare is the highest of you in piety, not least, God guide everyone who loves and is pleased with him, Amen.
