Hong Kong rated world's best residential market in last year

Knight Frank has released a report of the performance of mainstream residential markets across the world. According to the Knight Frank index, Hong Kong is the world's top ranked market in the last year, registering an upward change of 26.5 percent (Source: Knight Frank Global House Price Index - data for period ended June 2011)
