The president of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has been named among the most powerful people in the world by Forbes in this year’s list of 68 people ‘who matter’. Sheikh Khalifa has been ranked 56th on the list
