no...the more expensive the city the higher the number... meaning #17 is the most expensive city in arabia... not #1...

come on... rabat more expensive than UAE? lol

Rabat, Morocco comes 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!! i know that living in Morocco costs heaps, but i never thought that our dear country would come b4 the UAE. that makes us really rich hhhhh. i believe that Morocco made a giant step forward the last decade, yet it's nt enough. Love Morocco, the Maghreb and Arab world.
