Dubai has been a 'secular' country of sorts, this list should prove it. Dubai-ites should be proud that Dubai truly does not keep religion as a basis to recognize hardwork or uplift its residents.

Dubai is not a country for your information....And regarding ur statement that Dubai truly does not keep religion as a basis is because the religion in Dubai, UAE is Islam and Islam allows equal treatment to all unlike the others so called religions that are targetting its innocents nationals who happens to be Muslims...
