DFM may be a well traded popular stock. However handling customer queries is not a strong point. GRAND was delisted at DFM August 2011. And shares transferred to ?? No statement was issued to GRAND holders other than delisted and shares forwarded to Kuwait SE with no contact and no futher info to shareholders. I have been unable to track shares and buy/sell. Make sure you trade with active stocks & dont rely on DFM for assistance Anybody else with lost GRAND shares? goodluck
