They are not the cheapest ones, i have been driving kia picanto 2012 model by paying only 55 Dirhams a day, and also there are numerous rent a car dealers are in Bur Dubai & Karama who offers Dhs, 60-70 for Toyota Yaris & Nissan Tida. The rates what had been published here are purely based on known car rental companies who are not very competitive.

This ain't cheapest, Rent A Car people from Bur Dubai & Karama, who may not have web presence are providing the same cars or if I may say better cars are way cheap than this.
And it also depends upon, how long you might want the car for. Say if you want it for 1 month, they will discount the price even more.
Security Deposit is something which every company takes, so it isn't really the issue.
