Another piece of irresponsible journalism from the clowns at AB. You can't quote prices for an entire development without providing details of the building, location on the Palm, floor, etc. This article belongs in the likes of the National Enquirer, as do most of the "journalists" who work for AB.

What absolute nonsense... I bought various properties on the palm from 2005 through 2010 and none of the prices varied as much as this suggests. They are quoting a high floor full sea view price at it's peak in 2008 and the lowest price ground floor apartment with no views! Hardly a fair comparison....
