can the editor explain why the Saudi picture is focused on a broken helmet. used for the 3rd-4th time in the last 2 years.

this image is of the largest oil producer's refinery not a war torn bankrupt refinery in an arrid desert.

maybe I am being knit-picky, but a picture speaks a thousand words.
