Le Pressoir d’Argent
\n\nGordon Ramsay’s much alluded French venue was awarded its second Michelin star just two weeks ago and to be honest we’re not too surprised. Its décor which includes a rare Christofle solid silver lobster press – there’s only five in the world – is opulent to say the least. And, the food which has been created by created by head chef Gilad Peled and developed with Ramsay is dare we say “to die for”. No seriously, the native lobster served with lemon leaf, corn, girolles, courgettes, coral and *takes a deep breath* lemon grass bisque, is amazing.
