I am amazed that this bank is number 14((((. They are by far the worst in the whole industry. I have been suffering with them since Jan 2012 with unsloved issues. They are horrible(((. They even don't call me to apologize (I'm talking about their managers) who are hiding in their offices. The only thing I hear from line staff "we are sorry" "we wish to help you"... but until when this will last!!!! I raise my question to the CEO of ADCB Mr. Eraiqat!!!!. Trust me everybody, don't deal with this bank(( Very unprofessional((
