The Villa Eden project will be an exclusive residential complex consisting of several villas and a 6-star clubhouse with high-end amenities. Set in a 78,000 square metre park-like estate, the project boasts unrivalled levels of luxury and unobstructed lake views.

Lake Garda is one of the largest lakes in Italy, and has a unique charm in its culinary delights and Mediterranean climate. The resort is closely located to the fashion, design and shopping city Milan (two hours by car).

The “Villa Eden – Gardone” resort is located on the south-western coast of the lake, and sits just above Gardone Riviera. Since the end of the 19th century, the lakeside resort has been one of the most exclusive in Italy and is today still known for its elegance, privacy and heritage.

The seven villas were designed by David Chipperfield, Richard Meier and MatteoThun, each as an individual piece of art. Villa Eden is conceptualised not to become a uniform residential area, but rather a homogeneous project with varying properties.

The serviced complex also houses a clubhouse, which sits at the heart of the project with its five design-apartments created by MatteoThun, It features a spa and wellness area, a Library and Cigar Room and restaurant with a panoramic terrace.

The complex is set in the olive groves so typical of the region. A first-class landscape design, created by the renowned garden designer Enzo Enea, represents a further highlight of the project.

Verona is located in the northern Italian region of Veneto, just 30 km from Lake Garda. The city has a two thousand year history and presents itself today full of life and activity.
