The 8th Annual Middle East Retail Banking Forum will host over 150 senior retail banking professionals from 15 - 17 April 2013 in Dubai to attend one of the most sought after finance events in the Middle East. The three day forum will include talks, workshops and panel discussions by some of the most prominent Retail Banking leaders and solution providers from across the globe.


Sanjay Malhotra, Head of Consumer Banking: Middle East & North Africa from National Bank of Kuwait, will give a talk on Middle East Retail Banking Outlook – The Big Picture. Harshdeep Singh Munjal, General Manager – Retail, Private & Overseas Banking Group from National Bank of Oman, will throw some light on Capitalizing on the Masses & Micro Segments to Boost Retail Experience. Harsh has been instrumental in setting up and pioneering the building blocks for many multinational banking giants and has played an instrumental role in getting them to their current position in the market.

Retail banking is at a crossroad where the business is struggling to sustain continuous profitable growth and maintain customer service quality. To address this issue a conference workshop on Effective Retail Distribution & Sales via Alternate Channel Networks will be conducted to Analyse the Customer Trends in Retail Banking and discuss New Retail Banking Multi-Channel Models & Sales Strategies.

Exploring New Avenues for Retail Business Growth and Building the right Infrastructure to support Mobile Financial Services would be some of the intriguing subjects for the panel discussions to be conducted.
