Qatar National Bank (QNB), the first bank in the Gulf Region to launch a "Spend & Win a Trip to the Beijing Olympic Games 2008" promotion for its Visa Credit Card holders, announced the winner for the second draw held at QNB's Headquarters.


Mr. Khalid Al Fahham, an account holder in QNB Mesaieed branch was the winner of the Visa Olympics Package. He commented "I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to QNB for their innovative approach to provide its customers a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness the Olympic Games live".

Four more lucky winners will be given an opportunity to witness the Beijing Olympic Games 2008 - the world's biggest sporting event. Each winner will get a fully paid Olympic Games package for two, including Airline tickets.

With every purchase transaction for QR. 350/- and above with the QNB Visa Credit Card during the promotion period, cardholders will be automatically entered in the draw. They can double their chances of winning by using their credit cards for 6 or more transactions of QR 350 and above during the month. The promotion will run until 31st May 2008.

The four day-three night Olympics package to Beijing includes, Olympic event tickets, airline tickets to Beijing for two persons per package, five-star hotel accommodations, exclusive suite at Westin Hotel, exclusive suite at sponsor Hospitality Centre, airport meet and greet service, on ground transport, meals, professionally guided tours, cultural activities and scheduled leisure activities.
