F5 to present data centre 2010 vision to customers and partners in Dubai

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the global leader in Application Delivery Networking, today announced a series of events detailing its vision for the data centre in 2010.

These events will help IT professionals make the right decisions regarding technologies that will shape tomorrow's data centre architectures. "In retrospect, there is often a fine line between technology that is genuinely innovative and groundbreaking, and that which seems questionable at first," said Paul Sherry, Regional Director, Middle East & Africa at F5, "Organisations are currently facing a series of challenges that will fundamentally change the way data centres are architected.  Consolidation, the pressure to cut costs, and energy and resource concerns, are combining to change the technology landscape, and vendors are addressing these challenges in a number of ways."

The roadshow will look at issues such as the next generation application delivery networking market, how changes in the market are determining CIO spend and how F5's current customers are solving their key data centre challenges today.

It is open to customers and partners of F5 Networks, and will be held at the Emirates Towers in Dubai on 11 and 12 May, with its next stop in Riyadh. The roadshow started in April and will end this month, stopping at other major cities in the EMEA region such as London, Paris and Zurich.
