Emaar Pakistan, the country subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC, has recorded overwhelming customer response to the launch of Alma Townhomes in its master-planned Canyon Views community. Over 4,000 customers registered on-line for a chance to participate in the launch.

The successful applicants can choose from a range of townhomes located in several Mediterranean Villages within Canyon Views. The results of the random selection will be posted shortly on the Emaar Pakistan corporate website (www.emaar.com/pakistan), which also has details on the sales process and FAQs on the project. All successful applicants will be invited to the sales center on the launch date for purchase of property.

Canyon Views is an exclusive gated community with villas in a range of architectural styles and amenities such as retail outlets, community club houses, parks, schools and mosques. The Alma townhomes offer spectacular views of lush landscaped parks and feature superior finishes.

The townhomes are designed by world-renowned architects and come in two design types with Standard and Upgrade options. The buildings comprise duplex, 4-plex and 6-plex units. The total area of each townhome ranges from 2,500 to 2,850 sq ft including balconies, veranda and garage, with pitched roofs and decorative façade.

All homes will feature advanced telecom and entertainment connectivity. The rooms have high ceilings, fitted wardrobes, high-quality ironmongery for the doors, imported electrical fittings, designer-fitted kitchen with ceramic floor tiles and imported sanitary fixtures and fittings.
