BARWA Real Estate, signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Cisco Solutions to develop a comprehensive technology project master plan that will offer strategic and technical knowledge transfer, services support and advanced technologies.
This close and strategic collaboration is aimed at ultimately allowing Cisco to support the design and creation of an intelligent infrastructure for a connected real estate framework for BARWA's future projects.
Cisco's Connected Real Estate initiative (CCRE), has the potential to play a major role in the transformation of real estate developments across emerging economies. BARWA Real Estate, on the other hand, is investing in technologies to provide world class innovative solutions, focused on improving the lifestyle of tomorrow's residential and commercial communities. This includes the emphasis on developing integrated solutions and ubiquitous community services.
BARWAs goal of adopting this CCRE solution is to help enable the company to accommodate ever-changing business requirements during every development and construction stage.
