Passion Plus aims at ensuring consistency of service and superior guest experience across all operational aspects of Emaar’s diverse hospitality & leisure portfolio.
Passion Plus has been developed by Guest Best, an international quality consultancy, in association with the management team of Emaar Hospitality Group. The system sets a new benchmark in corporate standards, standard operating procedures, learning & development checklists and service excellence verification. Passion Plus will be functional at all levels of leadership and associates and across all departments.

Updating processes are readily available and immediate distribution of data is possible by a single key-stroke. Upgraded procedures are communicated in simplified terms thus ensuring that quality improvement practices are rendered effective.
