Emaar is first developer to set up special desk at Dubai Land Department

Emaar Properties has become the first developer to open a special desk at the Dubai Land Department office in Deira to facilitate ease of transaction for Emaar's customers.
Dedicated Emaar personnel will be at hand to assist customers on a variety of property related transactions from Sunday through Thursday between 8am and 2.30pm.
The Emaar desk at Dubai Land Department will provide No Objection Certificates for secondary market transactions, land registration, mortgage registration for secondary market and addition or deletion of names and other relation transactions. All these will be undertaken in line with the policies and procedures outlined by Emaar and as per regulations enforced by Dubai Land Department.
Mr Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director - UAE, Emaar Properties, said: "Emaar Properties is the pioneer in the development of master-planned communities, and works closely with the Dubai Land Department in further strengthening the real estate sector of Dubai.
