Girard-Perregaux's sports watch is ready for the most extreme adventures.

Developed by luxury Swiss watch manufacturer Girard-Perregaux, the Sea Hawk Pro 1000 metres is distinguished by its performances, cutting-edge technology and in-depth know-how to achieve a water resistance to a depth of 1000 metres for this genuine diving instrument. The watch is now available at exclusive outlets throughout the Middle East.

This piece exhibits an assertive personality, ready for the most extreme adventures this current version of the Girard-Perregaux sports collection is equipped with a self-winding movement and case developed, produced and tested by the Manufacturer.

The case is equipped with a uni-directional rotating bezel for calculating dive times, and with a helium valve used for decompressing the watch after deep dives. It is also equipped with a screw-down crown and case-back.

The Sea Hawk Pro 1000 metres is then subjected to a series of tests, to demonstrate its capacity to withstand the pressure exerted at a depth of 1000 metres, where the watch is subjected to a force in excess of 1500 kilograms. After passing these tests it earns the water resistance guarantee as per the stringent standard ISO 6425.

This technical sophistication is underlined by an ergonomic design combining aesthetics, comfort and efficiency. For instant readability, the dial indices and hands are luminescent: hence the hours, minutes and power reserve are readable in low light conditions.

For a comfortable fit on the wrist, the crown is at 4 o'clock and protected by an original crown guard incorporated perfectly into the case. Its moulded rubber bezel matches the black dial, while lending an additional dimension to the imposing forty-four millimetre steel case. The case-back of this sporty, technical watch is adorned with an engraving work linked to a patent filed by Girard-Perregaux in 1897.
