The Rotary Club of Dubai has recently organized its Third Networking Night at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai.

Rotarians along with their spouses and friends as well as guests and diplomats gathered and celebrated the festive season. The guest speaker for the event was Mr. Suleiman Al Mazroui, General Manager, Group Marketing and Corporate Communications, Emirates NBD who addressed the gathering with a present about the current financial situation, titled: "Where is the Money gone?”.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sulaiman presented the global economic circumstances that led to the current situation the world is facing and confirmed the strong standing of the UAE economy in overcoming the challenges that the global financial crisis is imposing on the UAE market and said: "The UAE economy is dynamic and possesses many strategic resources. So far, the negative impact of the financial crisis has been limited in the UAE and that is due to the proactive measures that the UAE leadership has taken to support the market. Over the past two decades, the UAE has overcome many regional crises and the current situation is no exception.”

The Rotary Club’s 3rd Networking Night is an annual event organized by the Rotary Club of Dubai and is considered as an ideal networking opportunity for business leaders in the UAE to discuss and share their knowledge about the various issues of the local, regional and global markets.

The Rotary Club of Dubai presented Mr. Sulaiman with a token of appreciation for his continuous support for the Club. This year’s event was sponsored by Emirates NBD.
