Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi’s leading property development, investment and management company has appointed John Buck International (JBI) to act as its managing agent and provide commercial property management services across its commercial portfolio.

Currently Aldar’s existing and planned commercial property portfolio includes key buildings in strategic locations in Abu Dhabi. Initially, much of JBI’s work will be focused on the Al Mamoura building which is currently the most prestigious office building in Abu Dhabi and where Mubadala, the government investment firm, is based. This is to be followed by Baniyas Office Towers and Aldar’s landmark headquarters building at Al Raha Beach.

John Buck International is the first firm in Abu Dhabi to specialize in fully integrated quality-driven commercial real estate development, leasing and property asset management services.
