Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the Middle East in terms of assets has celebrated the graduation of more than 100 motivated employees who were awarded the Institute of Leadership Management Certificate (ILM) in Team Leading at a graduation ceremony.

The event was attended by Senior Managers of the bank, Zayed University and other dignitaries. The qualification is designed to give learners a knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of leaders.

Suhail bin Tarraf, General Manager Human Resources, Emirates NBD said:” I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our graduates. Emirates NBD has been created to become the standard bearer of the local and regional banking and finance industry and these training and development programmes will enhance the qualifications of our employees enabling us to further the group’s performance.
