At a time when record numbers of businesses are closing their doors, Molinari Legal Consultancy firm is proud to successfully celebrate 10 years in practice.

Founded by Dr. Ottavia Molinari, the Legal Consultancy is the first Italian owned law firm duly licensed by the Ruler’s Court of Dubai in order to provide prompt legal advice, assistance and information with respect to questions of United Arab Emirates laws and jurisdiction in consideration of the constantly growing presence of the international business community.

Dr. Ottavia Molinari began her own business legal practice in Dubai 10 years ago. Her credentials include holding also the mandate of President of the Italian Business Council Dubai and Northern Emirates (IBCD) since 2006. Ottavia Molinari said “10 years of experience have been extremely beneficial to help clients move smoothly through a variety of issues involving corporate and commercial laws matters. We are also proud to say that we have served over 1000 from small to large corporate clients establishing, conducting or protecting their business operation in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We are regarded more as a specialized boutique law firm where we outsource advocacy services within selected qualified law firms if needed”. She added “Dubai offered me a challenging opportunity in a moment when the country did not yet started booming. In fact, after having completed three years of practice at local prominent law firm - indeed a very good experience - I started the legal consultancy firm just with a desk and computer in a tiny office. It was not easy at all being on my own but at the same time this experience gave me strength, maturity and focus to pursue this type of challenging professional activity.
