The Army Line affirms Umniah’s position as the ideal choice when it comes to introducing distinctive offers and exceptional services at highly competitive prices. The Army Line is designed to answer the needs of military personnel at a special and unprecedented billing rate. Making on-net calls to Army Line subscribers costs JD0.001/min, which is the lowest billing rate among all military offers, whilst making on-net calls to Umniah subscribers costs JD0.01/min, and off-net calls cost JD0.03/min. Customers subscribing to the Army Line before the end of 2009 will be able to enjoy the benefits of this unique offer without a monthly fee for the duration of an entire year. In compliance with Umniah's customary billing policy on all its plans and packages, the new Army Line charges per second from the first second for all outgoing local and international calls.
