du, the UAE's second telecom operator, has announced the launch of 'Masar', a development programme for young UAE nationals with the aim of providing career opportunities in the organisation.

‘Masar’ is structured to ensure jobs for nationals with varying educational backgrounds, from high school to post graduate degrees.

Masar will comprise a 12-18 month training programme in two phases. During the initial 3-6 month period, the trainee will acquire hands-on, working knowledge of relevant departments in du.
