Emaar appoints Saudi MD

The Board of Directors of Emaar, The Economic City, has appointed Dr Abdulraouf M. Mannaa as the firm's managing director from the beginning of April. Dr Mannaa previously served as the managing director for the Savola Group. He will lead the company's operations in streamlining the development of the King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia.
