Abu Dhabi to bloom from January

Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties has launched the Bloom Gardens, a luxury residential development on one of the last stretches of land along the UAE capital's Eastern Mangrove Corniche Road.

Bloom Properties is the joint real estate development arm of the National Holding and Emirates International Investment Company (EIIC).
The development features 640 luxury detached and semi-detached villas, townhouses and apartments. Construction will start in January and is expected to be finished in 2011.

Bloom Gardens is a gated residential development on the Eastern Corniche, Abu Dhabi, and is a short distance away from the Mangroves. The Bloom Gardens will combine detached villas of between four to seven bedrooms, semi detached villas and townhouses of three and four bedrooms and two- to four-bedroom apartments, set in a landscaped environment.

This is the first project to be launched under the new Bloom brand.

The company is also currently developing mixed used projects in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Algeria, and Romania.

Bloom's recently announced projects besides Bloom Gardens include Abu Dhabi Marina and Dounya Park in Algeria.
