DSI to complete Dubai contracts

Drake & Skull International (DSI) has won contracts totalling US $88.5 million (AED325 million) for MEP installations on residential and leisure projects in Dubai.

The firm will supply, install, test and commission the MEP systems for Zabeel Investment’s Anantara Palm Jumeirah and Tiara Residence on the Palm Jumeirah and IFA Hotel and Resorts’ Laguna Tower Residence at the Jumeirah Lake Towers.
Works includes the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, fire-fighting and building management systems.

The $68 million Zabeel Investments contract will involve work on a 258,000m2 complex of flats, five-star hotel and a clubhouse. For the $20 million Laguna Tower contract, DSI will collaborate with main contractor Test–Ranya-China State joint venture. Work has begun on both projects.
