Dubai Promenade aims to be a sophisticated waterfront community in 'new Dubai', which will create a virtual peninsula along the Dubai shoreline, anchored by a spectacular wheel-shaped five-star hotel.  On completion, the development will be able to accommodate around 10,000 residents in more than 2,000 residential units, and will offer in excess of 25,000 m2 of retail space and 17,000 m2 of office space.

Dubai Promenade is located between Dubai Marina and the seafront, and is adjacent to Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC).  Strategically situated on its own peninsula, directly facing the sea, Dubai Promenade desires to have breathtaking vistas of the Arabian Gulf, The Palm Jumeirah and the coast towards Jebel Ali Port. 

In addition to a selection of commercial and residential towers, cafés, restaurants and retail offerings will span the length of the entire waterfront. Dubai Promenade will have its own marina with more than 60 berths.  Surrounded by the sea, marina and natural beach, Dubai Promenade will offer panoramic views, idyllic walkways, and carefully considered architecture to create a distinctly different residential and commercial environment.
