About the Development
Rising up from a setting by the lake waterfront, the 40-storey tower has been designed around a rectangular plan form to achieve dramatic views from all apartments on every level.

Goldcrest Views consists of a 41-storey tower and an adjoining two-storey retail building, with additional linked underground parking. The gross floor area of the Development is approximately 49,000 sq. m. excluding linked parking.
