Masha’Allah, this is an amazing project proposal. The scale models, once again, have the futuristic flavor which gives Dubai a one-of-a-kind status.
I hope that the developers will explore expanding the zone beyond retail…creating a “whole community” full of diversity and experiences beyond shopping and habitual consuming.
Please keep in mind the requirements for establishing a sustainable “green community” which offers authenticity. This will insure a creative vital community which calls to the intellectuals, the artists, and all those people of the world with illuminated vision.
Insha’Allah, sustainable, green, high-tech, multi-cultural communities / retail projects will become the standard globally.
I am your brother always, T Crowe O'Rourke Semler

Good luck on this huge project as you have ventured on this types of projects in the past. Hence it would be just a formality, no sooner the foundation work begins the sky scraper will appear, belive you me i can visulise the entire sceine from here. again good luck.
Its shame i cant be part of such a project. Where one can be proud to pass on to next generation and say here boys look after this for years to come.
But please keep me update on this lovely project
yous sincerely
